We have been involved
in health, beauty and personal development for more than
20 years. We have been blessed to work with some of the
most remarkable teachers on the planet and to share our
findings with countless individuals through our books and
workshops. Our latest book, Authentic
Woman, A Guide to Beauty, Body and Bliss,
has taken us on a dynamic journey of personal transformation
to new heights of creativity, joy and fulfillment. This
website is a companion to the book. It is our way of sharing
with you ways and means of connecting with, living out and
celebrating your own authentic nature. We invite you to
use the exercises in the Online
Workshop and the Audio
Files to support your own journey into greater
authenticity. |
